Inspired by the desire to share the stunningly beautiful environment in which the family was blessed to grow up in Te Whare Taruna was established.
It is described as a small but perfectly formed tiny house offering buckets of attitude and days of glorious seclusion, views forever and the night sky all to yourself. A magical experience according to the many positive Guest Comments. It measures 8m X 3m and features a kitchenette, shower, flushing toilet, queen bed, and outside stone bath. In winter our guests appreciate the comfort of the tiny Roaring Meg fireplace. It is completely off-grid.
